Fluent in both English and Russian, Oksana combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, making her an invaluable part of the HP Network team.
Holding an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Medical Billing and Coding from Clark College, Oksana has developed deep proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Her background includes working with a wide range of EHR systems including Epic, PHI, Theranest, Delphi, Charm, Office Ally, and more—allowing her to adapt seamlessly across diverse clinical platforms.
In addition to her billing acumen, Oksana has extensive experience with insurance credentialing, Medicaid systems, and claims resolution. She has successfully supported multiple healthcare providers and agencies across several states, helping them streamline their billing workflows, recover payments efficiently, and stay compliant with ever-evolving insurance policies.
